Welcome to Rena's Veggies Kitchen! We curate our dishes with the consumer's tastes and needs in mind. We prepare every dish with fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally and primarily organic in origin. We want to assure customers that there are more natural nutrients in the food than chemicals present in various other fast food chains. We enable a degree of mindfulness in this element of food preparation, so that consumers are satisfied with the careful consideration of every meal as it relates to the nutritional values, and integrity of the ingredients.
Our meals are intuitively organized according to certain vegetables' vitamin and mineral and reduce chemical composition to avoid starch or sugar overload. We also pair the veggies in a manner that intimately accentuates the flavors of each dish. We plan to out smiles on our consumers faces by providing them with a healthier meals with more flavorful, alternative than eating fast food during their breakfast break or dinner needs.

The kitchen will open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Monday through Saturday. During these times, the breakfast lunch and dinner menus will be administered to the hosts for the entirety of the morning period.
The employees will clock in two and a half hours before service at 7:30 a.m. There will be a recap meeting for about 20 minutes about the daily or weekly responsibilities and goals. The chefs will begin meal prep for breakfast options, and waitresses, waiters, and hosts will set the breakfast tables.
The kitchen will close promptly at 2:15 p.m., at the latest, and the morning employees will clock out for the day if they are not present for the evening shift. Those employees for the evening shift will have an hour and a half break to return to the kitchen at 3:45 pm to begin prepping for the evening shift.
Evening shift employees will clock in two and a half hours before opening at 2:30 p.m. Evening prep will commence and will be assisted by employees returning from their one and a half-hour break at 3:45 p.m. This time, the evening menu will be administered to the hosts, and the tables will be prepped for evening dining by the waitresses and waiters. At 5 p.m., the doors will open again for dinner and close promptly again for the night at 10:30 p.m. Evening cleaning and prep will be split between two groups of employees.
