From Breakfast to Dinner: All-Day Deliciousness

The kitchen will open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Monday through Saturday. During these times, the breakfast lunch and dinner menus will be administered to the hosts for the entirety of the morning period.
The employees will clock in two and a half hours before service at 7:30 a.m. There will be a recap meeting for about 20 minutes about the daily or weekly responsibilities and goals. The chefs will begin meal prep for breakfast options, and waitresses, waiters, and hosts will set the breakfast tables.



The kitchen will close promptly at 2:15 p.m., at the latest, and the morning employees will clock out for the day if they are not present for the evening shift. Those employees for the evening shift will have an hour and a half break to return to the kitchen at 3:45 pm to begin prepping for the evening shift.




Evening shift employees will clock in two and a half hours before opening at 2:30 p.m. Evening prep will commence and will be assisted by employees returning from their one and a half-hour break at 3:45 p.m. This time, the evening menu will be administered to the hosts, and the tables will be prepped for evening dining by the waitresses and waiters. At 5 p.m., the doors will open again for dinner and close promptly again for the night at 10:30 p.m. Evening cleaning and prep will be split between two groups of employees. After completing tasks, all employees, including hosts, servers, and chefs, clock out at midnight. Now that you have our opening hours in mind, come to us and taste our delicious goods today!
